Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Keep getting calls about my loan Texas

I have - student loans with Wells Fargo that was to go in repayment period -/-/2015. I had been unemployed and I requested assistance from them to allow me time to find a job, catch up, and then I would make payment arrangements. In - 2015 I was finally able to fit it in my budget to began some repayment and I made a partial payment. In - 2015 I attempted to do the same however my accounts access online was deleted and when I contacted them, they advised me the debt had been charged off. I requested that they do not call me as they were calling my employer. I have since continued to receive phone calls. My latest conversation with them was a lady attempting to collect the debt, I advised her I was unable to pay the full balance and that I would be more than happy to make payment arrangements however they would continue to report the account past due until the full balance is paid, not just the past due balance. I advised her the amount that I could pay per month and she advised it would take 10 years to payoff the amount and that each month until satisfaction the account would be reported late. I dont feel this is fair to the consumer that if I brought my account current and made payment arrangement, why wouldnt they assist in updating my credit to reflect paying as agreed. I would love to buy a home in the next 10 years however a student loan debt is not the best way to go about it. I am requesting assistance from the CFPB to look into Wells Fargo Student Loan services and to see what type of agreement we can come up with.
