Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Florida

we are behind on our mortgage payment and we are trying to keep the loan from going in Foreclosure. the bank says there is a Breach letter that expires on - - today - i tried to make at least - payment to keep the loan from going to fcl. they are not allowing me to make a payment even before Breach letter is expired. they are clearly in trying to take my house by not accepting any payments. we dont have $7000.00 to bring the acoount current right now. but we can make - payment.
