Western Union withdrew $3000.00 from my account on - -, 2016 for a money transfer. The money transfer was cancelled but the funds were never refunded to my account. I have called western union numerous time but every time I get a promise of resolution within 24 - 48 hours. As of the date of this complaint i.e. - -, 2016 Western Union has still not refunded my funds.
