Nationstar Mortgage has completely outsourced their servicing to a foreign country where it is nearly impossible to understand their representatives, where errors occur on applied payments on a monthly basis, and even the simplest adjustments are not implemented after months and dozens of phone calls. I have been trying to pre-pay my mortgage up to six months in advance, according to the terms of my mortgage ( which Nationstar purchased ) and have not successfully managed to do so. They misapply my mortgage payment every month and still have not corrected misapplied payments after dozens of days calling and waiting on hold. They should not be endowed with any fiduciary trust within - law whatsoever.
