I 'm in a subprime loan, with an adjustable rate, underwater meaning my house does n't appraise at what I owe.pay mortgage on time and nobody will help me get out of this - rate I 'm in, every time I sit and talk with anyone they tell me they ca n't help me, why ca n't they help me, I 'm considering letting the bank take it if I ca n't get my mortgage changed.
