Citifinacial received a default judgment against me in - -. In - - I settled the charged off account with Citifinancial. Since - I have attempted to work Citifinancial and - at the - - - - - -, SC office to get a Satisfaction of Judgment submitted to - County Clerk of Court. Attached is a copy of the settlement offer and also a copy of the letter I received from Citifinancial showing the charged off account was satisfied. They refuse to submit the satisfaction of judgment information and this continues to negatively affect my credit standing and causes me to incur higher interest rates and fees or being outright denied credit. I am also submitting a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, -, as well as seeking legal representation for damages caused by Citifinancials ' inaction.
