Caliber offered a permanent modification, it was signed, notarized and sent back on - -, 2016. On or about - -, 2016 the payment was increased by about $150.00. When Caliber was questioned about this on - -, 2016, the customer service representative said it was because of an escrow shortage. They also said that an analysis was done in early -, so the analysis was requested and the rep said she would not send it out. She finally relented and said it would be sent out, but to this day the analysis has not been received. It was questioned as to why the shortage was not included in the monthly payment or the balloon payment, the final mod was offered - -, 2016, but when that question was posed, the rep abruptly ended the phone call. Now the payment has been decreased to the original modification monthly payment.
