I 'm having a problem with capital one bank they are supposedly to be doing a fraud investigation on - of my accounts and yet it 's been almost a month and no one is giving me updates about my accounts and each time I call them they give me the run around on my account status and not giving me a straight answer plus on top of that I tried to open another account in the same bank and they are holding my tax refund check which is not related to my - accounts that they are investigating. This is the - bank that is just putting me in debt. I just assume they are doing some wrong like with - the - bank I had done business before and now capital one.
