- sold my loan to penny mac back in - 2015 the loan was almost 2 half yrs old there now saying that I owe them 2 months of escrow, have not have had any increase in tax or insurance when i originated the loan I paid 2monthes up front so why are they asking for more money in escrow. there reply has been u need to talk to -,,,
