US Bank did not refund annual fee when I closed account back in -, -. The fee remained and started accumulating late fees/penalties. Balance is now $200.00 and should be -. Also shows up on credit report as delinquent and 90+ days past due. They say that I closed the account in -, -. I closed the account in -, -. Account should n't be past do at all.
