I have been trying to work with my mortgage lender for two years. They put me in forbearance 2 years ago and never told me I had to pay it back well I have been trying to re-fi the loan for over a year now and month after month they ask for the same documents over and over. I have talked to counselors and they said they offer counseling for Harp - loans but over and over they ask for the same thing. So I filed bankruptcy to save my house and they refuse the bankruptcy I want to keep my house and I have given them proof after proof and they do nothing but ask for the same documents over and over. Its frustrating and very unprofessional.
