I have been making payments on a private loan serviced by PHEA ( AES ) and I have been making them faithfully without a missed month in years. However I have been paying MORE on interest than anything, AES is gouging it 's borrowers and I 'm not able to negotiate through PHEA or - who owns - of my loans. This is ridiculous.
