My car loan was funded by Gateway One Lending. They sent me a welcome letter, saying my statement is on the way. But they never sent me a statement. I called 2 times for a copy and none arrived so I paid over the phone. Then after several calls to gain online access, their page says there is no statement available for the - - due date. No one has given me a clear answer on where my statement is.
