Unsolicited issuance of credit card Illinois
Capital One in - - -, UT - made - hard inquiries to my credit in the last 10 months as follows : -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-. I did not request credit from Capital One during this time period and this has affected my credit rating. I requested they remove the inquires and stop making inquires but have received no response.
