I have a loan with Hyundai Motor Finance that matured in - -. I had some payments deferred to the back of the loan which were due after the maturity date. I have a contract with HMF stating that these payments were acceptable after -/-/-, beginning in - -. I have been making these payments two weeks late because my mortgage payment is due at the same time. I do pay the $30.00 late fee that they request. HMF is stating that I am 30 days delinquent and have reported that on my credit, which has brought my score down significantly. I have the contract from HMF which states that these payments are acceptable, however when I spoke with a representative they were saying that they would withhold the title on the car when I have completed the payments in -/-/-. They have also threatened repossession of the vehicle. They are not honoring their own contract, they are phoning my home after I told them not to contact me there. I have a - wife and this is - to her health. I want them to honor their contract.
