Chase Auto Finance refuses to let me make extra principal payments on my loan via online bill pay service from my bank. The demand that I either send a paper check or use there website for principal reduction.Online bill pay like i do on all my debts would result in them treating it as prepayment for future months. This prevents me from trying to save interest and pay down my loan balance faster.
