On - -, Chase denied a purchase with my Freedom account ending in -. I have been a customer of Chase for over 20 years, and have never had a purchase declined. I was given different reasons why the purchase was declined. One excuse put forth was the transaction was out of state. Because of this poor service, I cancelled my account with Chase Freedom ending in -. Chase went so far as to email some of my financial information to a third party. They do not have my email account because I do n't have email. A complaint was filed with the -, - in New York state. Please contact me if you need additional information.
