I have an auto loan with Santander and each month when I make the payment online I 'm charged a $10.00 " convenience fee '' The only way to avoid this fee is to mail the payment or setup auto pay with the bank - neither of these works well for me. What can be done to stop them charging a fee for me doing their work?
