It was based on the credit bureau in hand and the information I gave on the credit application data being verified as well as an appraisal being performed. I was declined on - -, 2016 NOT because Chase could not verify data or because of a bad appraisal but based on credit bureau information in hand 80 days before denial. I put in a complaint and I was called by " Chase - '' in -, OH. They could not find me in the system ...
