I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM AME- DATED -/-/2016 ADVISING ME THAT A 3RD PARTY AME- USED CHANGED MY SSN WITHOUT CONTACT INGTING ME AT ALL? HOW CAN A 3RD PARTY LIKE - BE AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE A SSN WITHOUT THE PARTY 'S KNOWLEDGE, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY GAVE AME- A WRONG SSN??
