I was named as a defendant in a mortgage foreclosure that I have absolutely nothing to do with. OCWEN Loan Servicing and the law firm - - have tied my name into a foreclosure with a person ( - - ) I do not know. I have never signed for papers for this mortgage, or for a house in Oregon. I do n't live in Oregon and do not know anything about this, yet name name is being attached to this case.
