When I had my mortgage with Ever Home. I entered into a repayment plan to bring my account current and to keep me from losing my home. When I entered into the agreement I was told that they would be helping me and that my credit would not be affected. While on the repayment plan I made every payment on time but they reported me late every month which had a devastating effect on my credit
