My Visa credit card was repeatedly charged after I authorized a single payment and even though the company rep originally apologized for the mistake, saying they would refund my money within 3-5 business days, I never received my refund and the rep no longer works there. I have filed numerous complaints with agencies and organizations but no one will help me get my money back. My last complaint was filed here earlier this month, Case number : -, but I was recently sent the response " We reviewed your complaint and could n't send it to the company for a response ''. You had asked for additional information to the four months of credit card statements showing the charges on my card but since I was not the renter I did not have the rental documents and I am guessing that you chose to drop my case as opposed to investigating it. I just found my documentation from the - complaint I had filed with detailed information on the company that I had lacked when I filed both of my previous complaints so I will submit a copy with this follow-up complaint in hopes of getting something done to get my money refunded to my credit card, plus the interest and fees that continue to increase that debt every month.
