AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Florida

I had some private student loan with - and then - transferred all of my student loan to a company that is called AES. I contacted AES to explain to them that i had just had a new baby and I am not paying that much money to be able to take care of - kids and myself and still pay over - a month. I have even asked if i can do something to lower my payment, like how i am - and i just keep getting told that they cant do anything for me and if i dont pay my bill then they will report it to my credit report. I feel as if they would like for me to be homeless with my - children inorder for me to be able to pay my monthly payment.
