Citibank Credit card department,
Called Citi Bank to complain about a mix up on a payment, and they then reduced our credit line. While we are no longer using the card, I still do n't want my credit to show I 'm at my limit, and I asked them why they did it. They said it was information from - I checked my credit report from -, and I found no negative information. I called them back, and they told me the same thing again. I ca n't fight with - because there 's nothing to fight about, and I ca n't fight with Citi Bank because they wo n't tell me what the problem is. I ca n't win.
