FLAGSHIP CREDIT : I am being called on a regular basis by a lending company that I have no loan with. I was apparently used as a reference without permission. I have asked on at least five different occasions to be removed from the account and to stop all calls, but I still continue to get calls. I want to file a formal complaint. The company continues to harass me and leave messages. Several of their supervisors have confirmed that the account reads - do not call - but they continue to call.
