Applied for loan with Circleback Lending - after they solicited me for my good credit record. Submitted all documentation that was asked for. They asked for a promissory note from - - loan that I received in -/-/-. I talked to them on the phone and received multiple form letters asking for the promissory note. Each time I explained there were - separate promissory notes for this loan since the funding is provided by individuals. I provided copies of some of these promissory notes and was told it had to be - promissory note. It does not exist. I was not able to get someone to look at this and treat it the way it should be treated. They denied the loan saying I could n't provide documentation. But I did provide the documentation that exists for the - - loan.
