Discover Bank took $7600.00 from my account to respond to a - tax lien. But Discover Bank had no authority to do that as the - lien was not perfected in -. I have been unable to get Discover to return my money. Nor have I been able to get - to acknowledge receipt of the funds. Further the - assessment against me was rescinded, which I told Discover customer service department before it disbursed the funds. I do n't know where the funds are.
