Pawn loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Ohio

took a loan out for - spring leaf financial advertised on - website much lower intrest than I am being charged. loan officer never went over intrest rates with me, just monthly payments. after making 3 paymnts, I notified them. was never told about a credit reopt fee. I filled out the app on website. - % plus is the interest rate. also had to put up television for collateral ;. these people knew way in advance about my financial situation. I called them and told them that the interest rate would have to be renegotiated. or I will not pay the loan. very deceptive business practices.i am - vet. would appreciate some suggestions.
