I have bee making my payments I usually always pay over the regular contracted amount I always call my payment in over the phone and speak with - of the - girls that work there and by paying over the contracted amount they always tell me you are paid ahead and do n't have to make a payment next month so when I called this month because I could n't remember the due date I was told I was due more than my regular contracted payment and I asked how can that be when I always pay over the contracted amount and you guys always tell me I 'm paid ahead and do n't have to make a payment next month - just told me I have n't paid enough and I did n't understand what she was saying so I called back to speak with the manager but she was out so a guy that was helping out in the office for the day explain to me even if you are paid ahead you still have to make a payment ever month or late charges will be charged also interest will be charge and I asked him why was n't this explained to me at the closing of the loan and why every month when I call in to make a payment they tell me I 'm not even due a full payment and paid ahead when all along they just did this so they could charge me extra the gentlemen then told me they should have disclosed that to you I asked to speak with - again and I asked her if she would mail me a copy of my payment history and she said she could not I asked if there is anyone else I could talk to and she said she would ask her supervisor she called me back and said her supervisor said she could not mail me a copy of my payment history
