Title loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Pennsylvania

Title Max will not give me any statements or receipts for payments made on the loan or how they accrue interest for payments. It seems I am never paid down. They lost my title and then placed a lien on the car when I demanded a full account summary and transaction statement. They are leaving me threatening voicemails to repossess my car and the balance is double what I borrowed after making payments for a year.
