BarclayUS has a cutoff time for - for the mininmum amount due time. In the past 6 months they charged me late fees of $25.00, for the simple reason that I might get stuck in traffic. I am paid by my employer daily, I make - an hour and i have no way to make the payment in the morning or before, my money being very tightly budgeted. This bank rips me off.
