U.S. Bancorp Credit Card Complaint

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement

U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Wisconsin

In my opinion U.S. Bancorp ( U.S. Bank National Association and U.S. Bank ) is forcing me to file a lawsuit ( not arbitration ) to prevent destruction or spoilage of evidence. This includes evidence including but not limited to breach of contract and disregard. I request U.S. Bank or U.S. Bank National Association preserve, copy and retain any and all recorded calls or information regarding my currently closed credit card ending in - as factual evidence. If U.S. Bank prefers a signed handwritten letter mailed, please reply with the address. Nowhere in our written contract does it mention any fee that I have to pay to prevent U.S. Bank from spoiling or destroying factual evidence, nor did was it mentioned ever as a policy when relevant during my last complaint. Encouraging me to file legal action just to see my conversations that U.S. Bank only uses for " training purposes '' is perceived as intimidation in regards to potential future stress and large legal fees. Given how the very first CFPB- reply I received from U.S. Bank mentioned how greatly you appreciate me as a customer, I know you were being honest and these requests will be no problem at all. U.S. Bank should have just contacted me. If you just acknowledged that the manager I spoke with in -, 2015 accidentally provided misinformation about the credits on my account applying to my annual membership fee with no mention of a 90 day policy ; I 'd still be a Cardmember with no complaints. You will hear from me within the next six months. Do n't destroy any evidence, if the data is programmed to automatically overwrite data then I request a copy be made and saved immediately before that happens.
