Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Florida

On - - I was driven by a friend to see about a Van I had looked at online the previous night. It was a - Town & Country touring van fully loaded for the price of $15000.00. But it all of a sudden was no longer there, only had it disappeared they claimed they never had such a vehicle. They proceeded to show me many different alternatives. My friend left after 2 hours as they said they would make sure I got home. I was there till - and finally decided on the Van they had wanted me to purchase from the beginning. This should have been a red flag, but I was so tired and I am handicapped and 70 years young I just wanted to get this over with. But they then informed me the Van was in - so my salesman offered to go for it and pick me up the next day. The next day I was picked up and told them on our ride to dealer there was something not right, I told him was either brakes, rotors, or tirods, It was the brakes and rotors. They proceeded to repair it but I was

some adjustments because my funds were from - and they needed to reflect this. I told her everything was packed in storage but I may have one check with me, but I said I cs n't give you this as my account is on hold due to identity theft and it would not go through. she just kept saying they do n't take post dated checks. I said its not post dated I said do noy process it I will bring you cash tomorrow when I pick up Van. Please an let her an salesman look at my account online, - said do n't worry it will be ok. So when they picked me up the next day I had the cash with me I told them that at he said wait till we see whats wrong with -. But I said how long will this take do you just want to pick me up tomorrow, he no it should not take to long well 12 hours later, we took it for a test run it performed fine. He made me go over everything on Van checking that everything worked and I had everything that was on his check list. After that he set me up in lounge with my feet up as they were very badly swallown. Then everyone left but - the manager and I, but just before I got up to go sit with her to start signing papers - came to me and asked for the money and did I bring it, I said yes an counted out $500.00 in $20.00 bills. She then left me and - an I finished everything up. When we were done she walked me out as no one else was there. We checked to see if the automatic lights off/on worked, then I left. My first payment was set for -/-/-. Then got phone calls like a month later saying my check bounced I said she was not tl put check through and I gave her an additional $500.00 in cash and said rip up the check. Now I have been harassed over an over, every time they call it is someone different, I have told the same story so many times now. Today I faxed them the bank statement where I with drew the funds. But I believe the person - who first kept changing the paperwork and took my money either misplaced it or just kept it and put my check through knowing it would come back. They keep threatening to repossess the vehicle. I will take this to the supreme court if I have too.
