I have always paid on time and when I am going to pay late, I call the office and go in to fill out a form. My payment was due - - which was on a Saturday and they are no longer open on Saturdays. I went in to the office on Monday, - - to fill out a form and let them know that I was going to be late paying. On Wednesday, - -, someone came to my house and left a letter that they came by trying to get in contact with me. I spoke to someone from the office and no one can explain to me why this happened.They also took an unauthorized payment from me in -.
