Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Indiana

I was called by the One Main Financial store in - KY. ( I do n't have a loan with them, I have one with the - KY office. ) This girl named - from that office called my cell phone. My co-worker answered and she told him that she needed to speak with me about a legal matter. She told him where she was calling from and told him that they were filing court to garnish my wages. One Main Financial 's representative violated my personal privacy about my financial situation. She should NOT have told him any of personal information. Then she threatened me with legal action.
