He passed away so I tried to pay it off which I did after the car was wrecked by his son and then paid off from the insurance company which paid late. The credit reporting company shows it unpaid and closed in 2015 which is wrong it 's been over ten years and I never signed paper work about owning the car? But it 's on my credit report.
