When sending in payment, I completed the coupon at the bottom which states Payment Amount Additioanl Principal Amount ( you want to to pay towards your princpal ) _____ Total However, I have just discovered that any time I have paid an additional amount towards my Principal it has not been applied towards my principal I was informed you have you have to call for that but they have a section at the bottom of the coupon for that.
