Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Advertising and marketing Colorado

Barclay is harassing me by sending me pre-approval offers nearly daily. I 've called to ask them to stop and they either want a social security number or other personal information to be able to process my request. I refuse to do that. They also say it will take 8-10 weeks to process my request.
