My name is - - - date of birth -/-/- and in -/-/- I tried to contact JEFFCAPSYS because I 'm taking steps to fix my credit and unfortunately the phone num, ber on the credit report is disconnected that number is - since I could n't get in touch with them I tried colling - wich is the original creditor, but they were not able to help me they told me I have to contact JEFFCAPSYS when I told them their phone number is disconnected they gave me -, but when I tried calling that number since -/-/- it tells me to call back during regular business hours but I have called different times and dates since -/-/- with no luck I always have the same answer ' to call during regular business hours "
