I am filing a complaint against Residential Credit Solutions , Inc. ( RCS ) for three actions related to my loan. First and foremost RCS withheld $630.00 of my money that I had paid into my escrow account when they transferred my loan to a new servicing company ( - - - - -, hereafter - ). Second, after RCS sent me a transfer letter and - sent me a statement for my - payment, RCS sent me a - mortgage statement. Thus, I am being billed twice in one month by - companies for the same mortgage. Third, RCS instituted an improper increase in my escrow payment that occurred in -, 2015. I have provided detailed supporting evidence in attachments.
