Encore Capital Group Credit card department,
I was contacted by Midland Funding LLC for a debt of $700.00. After paying my debt of $700.00, they filled a lawsuit against me. Every time I call their office, I speak with a person not of American decent that can not connect me to management. The only way that I found out that I have a court date on Monday, - - ( NE-T MONDAY ), is because my parents called me to tell me I have a notice to appear in court. I have n't lived there for years and the company has my address on file because they keep making me repeat it for identification purposes on the phone.
