I deposited a check for $16.00 from reputed company. My balance at the time with discover bank was $3600.00 +. The check was returned due to funds availability. My bank froze my account without informing me. I found that account was blocked, called customer service, directed to different number. Called the different number and they unblocked the account. I was told Bill Pay check supposed to be out on -/-/- ( Electricity Payment ) was not sent out. I could not verify as my Bill Payment rights were blocked again. I went and paid through my other bank account but found Discover sent the check through bill pay but did not honor it though I had more than sufficient amount in the account. Now, I am hit with NSF fees by my electricity provider.
