I previously filed a complaint against ATG Credit for not willing to get a corrected amount for a loan they were collecting on. They responded to the complaint that they would find the correct amount and bill me appropriately. It has been 4 months and they still have n't contacted me. When I try to call them, they look up my account number and put me on hold for over a half an hour each time and no one ever picks up. I have even emailed them and receive no response. They believe I am not aware that there are - separate loans but I am and have been paying towards them - for several years. They are trying to charge me the initial amount that the loans were first taken out for and not the balance i owe now.
