Dear Synchrony Bank this is my third time disputing the credit card transaction against -. On - -, - I received a letter from Synchrony Bank post-dated - -, - in regards to a dispute for account ending in -. According to the invoice provided by - - which his own invoice detailed what material and work was expected to be completed at my residence. In the invoice it is documented that the customer, I agreed upon to have granite counter top, installation, and wooden kitchen cabinets installed in the amount of $7800.00. Again In his own letter - - stated he never completed the job and not all the goods as promised upon by both parties have never been rendered or delivered. Therefore, I am disputing this charge once again ( 3rd time ) for the goods that I ordered in which were never provided, I was wronged by this transaction, and how can I be charged $4000.00 for something I never received, was provided, or rendered in its entirety? We opted to utilize another company, - and again I faxed a copy of their invoice showing the work and material that was never rendered by - - had


information for the second time for you to review again. Secondly, if you find my claim to have enough merit, I would like Synchrony Bank to remove the funds from the merchants account and put it back onto my account. Despite - - no longer using Synchrony Bank is not matter of our concern as a consumer, because at the time of agreement of the services requested and goods that I thought I had ordered by myself the funds were never received to me from - - - to - as originally agreed upon on -/-/- when I was pre-approved for an open line of credit with Synchrony Bank.
