U.S. Auto Sales, Inc. Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Florida

I 'm a victim of identity theft and the company reporting this account is not complying with the FCRA. They have not removed the account or provided any documentation to prove this even belongs to me. US AUTO FINANCE account # -. They are apparently based -, and I live -! I do n't care whether they repo the car or put out an - on the plate # s! I do n't have this car, I did n't open the account, I was never in that dealership, it does n't belong to me! At least - people ( salesman, finance manager and title clerk ) saw the person with the ID and had to have noticed that it was n't me! My car had been broken into years ago and everything was stolen from my car. I did originally make a police report in regards to my vehicle theft. This account needs to be closed and removed from my credit file immediately!
