I wanted to refinance my property and noticed that my identity was stolen and used to open a fraudulent account under my name without my knowledge. I am a victim of identity theft. I filed a police report at - Police Department in California. I contacted with the credit bureaus and sent them Identity Theft Affidavit and Police Report. The credit bureaus removed the fraudulent account, but after a month I 've got a letter from - credit bureau that they re-inserted the following fraudulent account : Wells Fargo Bank - account no : -. I again contacted with - to find out why they re-insert the fraudulent account. - representative tole me I need to contact with Wells Fargo Bank. I asked him to do three way conversation to see what the problem is. - agent contacted with Wells Fargo bank and I explained - of the agent of Well Fargo Bank Fraud Department. She asked us to hold two to three minutes to find out what happen. After 45 minutes, she took the phone ( without any excuses ) and told us she should transfer the phone another representative. So, another representative took the phone and I explained


-, the supervisor of -. After two hour, he called me, and again I explained me what happened. He advised me to do three way conversation one more time. After all, - - called to Wells Fargo Bank. This time Wells Fargo Bank representative from fraud department did not let to - to hear our conversation. But I insist to talk on front of - supervisor, but she hanged off the phone on us. I asked - - - to removed Wells Fargo fraudulent account from my credit report, but he did not remove it. He told he will call me one more time next day and try to fix this problem. However, since now I do not receive any phone calls from -. Please help me to resolve this problem.
