My Chase - private student loan has now been paid off three different times with the balance ending at $0.00. They will not close the loan out and continue to send me monthly statements even though the loan is now with - -. The people that work there continue to give me the run around transferring me to several different " supervisors '' all who say the loan is closed out and then I get a bill every month. No one here know how to process a payment, loan transfer or a loan pay off. I demand that the loan is closed out immediately.
