At toyota 's instruction, the car was returned to a - dealer on - -, 2015. A copy of the death certificate and explanation of the situation was provided. Since that time, Toyota and - - collection services have been contacting my mother and members or our family trying to collect a balance on the lease. We have instructed them by phone and mail to stop contacting us, yet they persist.
