I 'm having a problem with netspend I requested a card and it 's been almost a month and have not received it so I requested a new card to be expedited through -. I called back for a tracking number and they could n't provide one because a card was never sent out. They have my tax refund and do n't even release it to another netspend card, that I, have. Can you please help
